I agree to allow Smarty Pants staff to escort my student to the park for playtime and off-campus activities. I agree to hold them harmless, as well as the owners of H and M Enterprises LLC for any liability or harm. I understand that If my student needs extra care or accommodation I will communicate with the staff and leave the documents needed for my student. I understand that my registration fee is non-refundable and can not be used at a different time. Payment for camp is due on the 1st day of camp. Smarty Pants staff can collect a $15 late for payments after the 2nd day of camp. I understand it is my responsibility to send a check, cash, or venmo for payment. Supply fees are non-refundable. I agree to give Smarty Pants 7 day notice to fill my spot for a refund or I will owe the original amount for the camp fee that will be charged to my card on file. I understand that summer camps are fun and interactive classrooms where special student accommodations are not provided. I understand that my child needs to be potty trained and toilet themselves. Teachers do not help with bathroom needs. I understand that all teachers are CPR certified, have first aide training, and have background checks. I understand that my student is going to have an AMAZING TIME!!!

* No show campers will be responsible for the full camp amount.

* We require 2 weeks advanced notice of withdrawal from camp to fill your spot
